UAM students majoring in Business Administration competed in the annual FBLA-Phi Beta Lambda statewide competition. Each UAM student who competed earned a statewide award in their respective event.

At the state leadership conference, students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top state winners are then eligible to compete for national awards at the 2021 National Leadership Conference. UAM School of Business students Hannah Taylor (of Rison, Ark.) and Rylan White (of Star City, Ark.) earned national competition awards during the June 2021 National Leadership Conference.
The School of Business at the University of Arkansas at Monticello offers majors in Accounting and Business Administration. Students majoring in Business Administration may specialize in general business, finance, management, or marketing. Students may instead opt to earn a business minor through the School of Business while studying another major field, or pursue an associate of science in business.
