Representatives of Arkansas Children's Hospital and volunteer dentist from south Arkansas were on hand Tuesday, November 1st and Wednesday, November 2nd to put sealants on students' teeth and to examine their teeth for any problems. Any student determined to have a dental issue will have their parents or guardians notified and urged to have a further examination by their family dentist or a local dentist. The sealant work and the examine is free to each student.

Dr. Stacey Swilling of Sheridan was on hand to do the examines on Tuesday and Dr. Julie Bryant Branch of Warren was present Wednesday. Also helping organize the event were Americorp workers Britleigh Smith and Sasha Smith.
