GT Students Interview Foster Grandparents

Fourth, fifth and sixth grade GT students interviewed our school  Foster Grandparents and made comparisons between school days during the Grandparents childhood and the GT students childhood. During the interview the Grandmothers told about the lack of technology and the subjects they had in school. They told about homework and chores after school. Students asked about transportation to school then and about their parents Another question was about discipline in school and how it has changed. They also asked if the Grandparents could go back to their school days what they would change. They GT students served the three Foster Grandmothers punch and cookies and everyone enjoyed the interview. Pictured are left to right: Mrs. Carolyn Wagnon, Mrs. Audrey Trotter and Mrs. Cora Gilbert.
