SEACBEC HOSA students competed with other students from around the state during the Arkansas State HOSA Convention held March 9th in Hot Springs, AR. HOSA is a national student organization which focuses on promoting career opportunities in health care. The following placed in their event and are eligible to compete at the International HOSA Conference: Sydney Broome, 1st place in Medical Math, Hannah Richey, 2nd place in Extemporaneous Writing, Shelby Gardner and Alaina Glover, 3rd place in Health Education and Abigail Torres, 3rd place in Medical Law and Ethics.
The International HOSA Conference will be held June 19-24, 2017 in Orlando, FL.
