EAST Night Out showcases how students are making a difference in their communities through self-directed, service-oriented learning. During EAST Night Out, students in EAST get a chance to welcome partners in the school and the local community into their classroom, where they can demonstrate how their technology-infused education impacts those around them, celebrate the work already underway, and share plans for future endeavors.
Scheduled activities include hands-on Sphero SPRK app-enabled droid demonstrations, EAST-O games and prizes, Garage-Band beat station, and Interview/Film booth. Plan to join EAST students from 3:30 pm-5:30 pm for this event.
